One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is seeing the joy and satisfaction on my clients' faces when they close on their dream home or investment property. Throughout my career in both the production and operational side of financial services, I have always believed in the importance of education. I saw firsthand how lack of knowledge and understanding can lead to poor financial decisions and losses into the tens of thousands of dollars. That's why I make it a priority to educate my clients on the various mortgage options available to them, as well as the long-term financial implications of their decisions. Having completed the lengthy Certified Financial Planner® coursework as well as having worked to obtain designations as a Certified Mortgage Advisor® and a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist®, I can confidently guide you through your homebuying journey. After several years in retail mortgages, the decision to become a mortgage broker was made so that I could provide even more value to my clients. Since I am not tied to any one lender or bank, I have access to a wide variety of loan options and can shop around to find the best interest rates and terms for your unique situation.
